What to Expect at Legacy Church

When you visit Legacy Church for the first time, we want you to feel completely comfortable. Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to contact us or visit the Get Connected table when you visit. At Legacy we believe in allowing you the opportunity to check things out and make your own decisions without pressure or formal demands. You are free to come, experience, and participate at a level that is comfortable to you.

The Worship Service

At Legacy we experience uplifting, exciting and contemporary worship as well as more intimate songs of worship to help draw you  into the presence of God. You’re welcome to express yourself however you feel most comfortable. For some, that means singing & clapping, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words.  How you worship God is your choice and we do not judge you.

The Message

Each week at Legacy we hear a useful and uplifting message that is designed to be helpful in your everyday life and is communicated in a way that you can understand. The teaching is Bible-centered and  is meant to inspire, develop and challenge people from all walks of life. We do not condemn, judge or embarrass.  We trust that these messages will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong biblical foundation for your life.

For Your Children

Legacy Kids Church is a dynamic church experience just for kids.  Children in Kindergarten through 6th grade are welcome to attend. we also offer childcare for your infants and children by devoted nursery workers.

Offering

Each week there is a time to worship God through the giving of tithes and offerings.  As a guest, please do not feel any pressure to give.  If you consider Legacy your church home, we’d love for you to prayerfully consider giving.

Parking

The church has ample parking available in our lot.  Entrances to Legacy Church are located on the second floor. There are stairwells at both ends of the building as well as an elevator for your convenience.  The church occupies the three middle second floor bays.

What should I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable. It’s not uncommon to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt. Our building is air conditioned for your comfort.
